Policies and Fees
Bills will be mailed on or before the 5th day of each month.
A charge of fifty dollars ($50) for return checks.
Payment is due by the 20th of each month. A 10% penalty will be charged if full payment is not received by the 20th of each month.
Customers who fail to pay the entire amount due by the 1st of the month following the month in which the bill is rendered, shall result in the disconnection of the water service.
If a customer has been locked out and the bill is paid in full the "District" will take the lock off of the customer's meter, but will not turn the water back on unless requested by the customer.
